Introduction of our employees- Data Scientist Sahar

Sahar has been a Data Scientist at virtualQ since March 2022. She started as an intern, but quickly became an indispensable part of our team at virtualQ! Here she tells us why she decided to join virtualQ directly.

What do you appreciate most about virtualQ?

I appreciate these three aspects the most:

1. I am given an opportunity to grow as a person
2. The continuous support from the team
3. Great leaders and coaches

As I am only at the beginning of my career, it was important for me to work in a company that gives me the opportunity to grow continuously and also supports me in doing so. At virtualQ, I get a lot of support from experienced fellow Data Scientists in the industry. Also, I have a great example of leaders right in front of me every day in the office. I really appreciate that. Jens and Ulf are always there to teach me something.

What is it about your work that makes you start each day with yellow optimism?

Every day gives me the opportunity to learn something new and I am motivated every day because I feel like my work has an impact on the final product! Especially in smaller companies like virtualQ, I know I have an impact and that my work matters!
