Since 2014, virtualQ has been offering you intelligent call-back and appointment management. Today, 40+ employees from 10+ nations work at locations in Berlin and Stuttgart on the ongoing development of the highly flexible peak management software.

Our data is stored at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. For additional security, backups are kept in Dublin, Ireland. Data protection is the same in both regions.

Protecting your data is our top priority. Our software complies with GDPR requirements and also protects particularly sensitive data in accordance with SGB standards. Our systems are ISO 27001-certified, which guarantees regular audits and proven security measures. We use encryption methods that are recommended by the BSI as “state of the art”. This protects your data from unauthorized access during transmission, storage and processing.

Using virtualQ’s callback service does not create any additional work for call center agents. On the contrary: virtualQ’s callback service relieves the agents by organizing queues and scheduling callbacks so that calls are only received when the agents are available. In addition, virtualQ checks in advance whether the customer is available.

The callback service can be set so that another callback attempt is automatically started if a call is missed. This takes place at set intervals, e.g. after 10 or 15 minutes, to ensure that the customer is contacted again promptly.
