What motivates you to work at virtualQ?
I have chronic impatience. I love change and innovation that drives processes and at virtualQ I know I get to express those ideas and they are valued! Before, I was in a stiff corporation where not everyone was allowed to have a voice in innovation. Here at virtualQ, I get to contribute my ideas. That’s what drives me.
What is it about your work that makes you start each day with “Yellow Optimism”?
I hate waiting. Above all, I want to do something for customers and overcome Germany’s well-known “service desert” and bring more good customer service to Germany. Therefore, I believe that our product is very beneficial and this is also reflected in my motivation to work.
What skills make you unique to virtualQ?
With a background in consulting, I’m continuing to be in that role. I’m always on the problem-solving track, which is no longer necessary with virtualQ. However, I continue to develop and am pleased about this!
