Dietmar joined virtualQ in 2017 and was so enthusiastic about our product that he became Head of Product Management over time. With a background in project management and consulting, he is a member of our management team.
Summarise our work at virtualQ in three hashtags!
The first hashtag would be #freedom because you can organise your work as you see fit and the second hashtag would be a #greatproduct that is really needed and the third hashtag #impact because you have a big impact with your work. You don’t do things because a manager told you to, but you do it with the understanding that it is for the success of this company and its customers.
What do I need to bring to the virtualQ team?
A few factors are important. The first one is definitely fun! If you want to join virtualQ, you should bring a lot of fun for our team. Self-confidence and self-organisation are also very important, because we are goal- and result-oriented. We don’t control working hours, but simply results, and accordingly it is important to us that you are self-organised.
Why did you decide to work at virtualQ?
The main reason was that I was very convinced by the product. I believe that it innovates customer service and I would like to see us constantly improving and growing to be able to offer good customer service to Germany and all over the world.
What experience did you bring to virtualQ?
My background is in project management, especially with large companies. This helps me a lot now, because at virtualQ we work mainly with large companies as clients.
