Include minimal HTML code on the web page, define the setting, start. Integrating the web widget into your own website has never been easier for B2B customers. The set-up is done in just 3 simple steps. The configuration of the web widget can also be done within a few clicks in the virtualQ Dashboard.
Callback button or link
Even away from the website, virtualQ can be used to book a callback from various platforms. The new callback button makes it possible: inserted as a button or link in your e-mails or newsletters, for example, you can offer your customers quick and uncomplicated accessibility in case of queries.
Flexible callback options
With the update of the web widget, flexible callbacks are now possible: On the one hand, contact centres can offer callback appointments, on the other hand, instant callbacks at the next possible time can now also be selected. In any case, the exact time of the callback will be communicated to your customers during the booking process in order to offer the highest possible transparency. Especially in urgent matters, this creates great trust towards your company.
Department selection with just one click
In addition, your callers can select the desired department via the web widget, which connects them directly to the right contact person. This not only reduces call times, but also the effort required on both sides to resolve a concern.
Internationalisation even easier
The new generation of the web widget now supports several other languages in addition to German, including English, French, Spanish and Italian. Other languages can also be offered in a short time on request. This enables you to address your customers in their preferred language and thus optimise customer service on an international level.
Local special cases, such as Swiss German, are additionally offered to ensure an individual and natural service.

Time zone of the machine
The new web widget is able to take into account the time zone of the booking device. Callbacks are therefore displayed in the customer’s time zone. This avoids confusion about time differences for clients calling from abroad and improves communication immensely.
Custom Fields (Coming soon)
The new web widget allows you to use custom fields to record important information about the request in preparation for the call. For example, you can ask for contract numbers, customer numbers or similar, depending on your needs, which serves to allocate the enquiries in the system. Concerns can thus be solved in a more targeted and efficient manner, which has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
