Timur has been working in Business Development at virtualQ since 2020. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, he is a great asset in Business Development.

What motivates you to work at virtualQ?

Working at virtualQ in my department is very interesting because I deal with very different issues and also have responsibility for different things. I can decide what I do, I decide how I do certain things, I have a certain freedom and I really enjoy that. As none of the work I’ve done so far or now am doing has been pointless, everything I do advances and improves our business As a professional, I have gained a lot of knowledge, and I am really happy to be here.

Sum up our work at virtualQ in two Hashtags!

The first hashtag, in my opinion, should be customer service because we are improving and streamlining traditional customer service. The second hashtag would be “mutual trust,” as everyone on our team has a great deal of faith in one another and we are incredibly adaptable. It is OK to request assistance and advice. We can ask for help and tips and that is not considered bad.
