Thomas has served in the position of Head of Marketing at virtualQ since the beginning of 2022. As an experienced B2B marketer, he has not only managed digital teams, but has also taken responsibility for call center teams and successfully executed several software implementations. He also has an outstanding sense of the industry and current trends. As a true executive marketer, he effortlessly combines his affinity for numbers with his creative drive to develop strategic solutions that enrich the entire business unit, even beyond marketing.

What motivates you to work at virtualQ?

I chose virtualQ because the current timing is optimal for using AI in customer service. The current shortage of skilled workers is leading to a shortage of service agents in the market, which does not adequately meet customer service needs in Europe. Given this situation, I am personally convinced that virtualQ can make a significant contribution to addressing this problem through the use of AI. I see significant potential in our this technology and strongly believe that virtualQ is the right place to be with AI in today’s market. Every new customer we acquire allows us not only to support the company, but also to serve their own customers more efficiently.

What is it about your work that makes you start each day with “Yellow Optimism”?

The team exudes a warm atmosphere and is characterized by an inspiring “Yellow Optimism”. It is a pleasure to be part of this team, as we benefit from an exceptional team spirit and extensive expertise.

What are your hobbies?

In my spare time, I like to spend weekends on my boat. In doing so, I find relaxation and have learned to adapt to new situations, regardless of external factors such as the weather. However, it is important to make sure that I achieve my goals. The situation is similar for virtualQ. There, it is also crucial to keep our goals in sight at all times and to positively shape the path to success, regardless of internal or external influences.

What was your most memorable moment working at virtualQ?

In 2022, we held our Team Days in Mallorca, bringing together employees from different parts of the world. This event gave us the opportunity to share and collaborate in a wonderful environment. Personally, I benefited enormously from this opportunity and feel it is a great honor to have had this chance and experience.
